Relationship and Association Analysis in the Cultivated and Wild Species of Sesame

The experimental study was undertaken in the Wild species garden and Oilseeds farm at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, during Rabi’ 2021 to know association between yield its component traits cultivated wild of Sesame. Nine varieties Sesamum indicum three species, namely alatum, malabaricum, radiatum were assessed for eight quantitative plant height, number branches per plant, days first flowering, capsules seeds capsule, capsule length, thousand seed weight plant. correspondence among Sesame explicated over heatmap which categorized under clusters into two clusters. Correlation analysis revealed that emphasizes a positive high significant correlation with weight.
